Local support group for people with mental issues regardless of diagnosis to meet others that understand because of similar experiences for discussions, support, resources and much more.

Topics relating will be discussed as well as tips, tricks, coping techiques and more. Guest Speakers when available.

Members will consist of people from Cecil, Harford and Kent Counties as well as Chester County PA and DE.
