DBSA Northeast Georgia (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) is a support and education group for individuals living with depression and bipolar disorder. We've been where you are - loneliness, isolation, fear of stigma, confusion over the treatment, fear of being overwhelmed by the illness. Talking with others who have had similar experiences can be a big help. We discuss medication, doctors, work situations, catching early signs of mania and depression, developing strong support systems, learning to take care of ourselves - and whatever else is on your mind.
All meetings are open to the public and free of charge.
Friends and family are welcome and encouraged to attend.
