Introduction

my name is Keith, 44 yr. Diagnosed with bipolar 6 yrs. ago. I guess that I'm looking for some answers like everyone else here???!!!!

What do you expect or hope to get from the meetup group?

I would like to speak with people in the group to get a better understanding of my illness. Hopefully, we don't all have to suffer through things unnecessarily by educating each other and taking a proactive role in our health.
