Introduction

I was diagnosed with bipolar 25 years ago. I only found an A1 psychiatrist 6 months ago in Toronto. He has greatly helped me with the right drugs,which help me to cope. I would like to share my experiences with like minded other patients.

What do you expect or hope to get from the meetup group?

Comradeship, understanding, communication. Learning from other people's experiences.
