Introduction
Hi. I've been diagnosed with bipolar II about a year ago. I'm a student finishing up an MSW who has learned how to help others but must now learn to help herself as well.
What do you expect or hope to get from the meetup group?
I'd like to get to know more about bipolar from real people...not the books or the studies. I'm also hoping that I can provide assistance to others with bipolar disorder as well; both in this group and in my work.
