As a new group, this will be designed as a casual setting for people with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses to meet each other and share their experiences and tips on living a healthy life. Please note that this is NOT run by or under the supervision of a doctor or mental health counselor.

Meet up with other people who are coping with depression, bi-polar and anxiety in a safe environment where you can share with others who can understand and offer support. We exchange ideas, share experiences and offer that all important opportunity to be among friends with no expectations where you can feel free to speak confidentially about your struggles or simply listen.
