This group is for people struggling with Bipolar disorder who want a more intimate format to discuss the issues they are struggling with. The group will need to be small 8-10 people at most. I will host at my apartment on Saturdays between 12-2:30. I ran a similar group in Miami Beach for 7 years and it was very successful in providing support. There is nothing better than to know you are not alone and that you are among people who really "get it."
