Founded in 1937, Recovery International meetings are dedicated to the teaching and practicing of the cognitive behavioural methods and tools developed by the late Dr. Abraham Low, M.D. These methods are not based on specific mental health diagnoses, but rather are used to combat the symptoms that interfere with daily life.
